Love seeing programs like this in our community 💙

So many kids need support with everyday skills like hygiene, and the right approach can make all the difference.

Building confidence, independence, and body awareness in a shame-free way is so important.👏

We’re excited to share Clean & Confident, a small-group personal hygiene class for ages 8–17, hosted by Mind & Motion with the help of the UT Tyler OT program.

This class is designed with sensory needs in mind. Many children struggle with hygiene routines due to sensitivities to scent, texture, or product formulation, which become barriers that can impact consistency, independence, and confidence.

Using a gentle, skills-based, and regulation-informed approach, we will support the Tyler area youth in building sustainable hygiene habits without shame or pressure.

We’d love your help sharing this resource with families who may benefit.

We take referrals seriously at Tyler Family Counseling. When our clients need medication management, we don’t just hand out names — we send them to people we genuinely trust. The kind of trust where we’d refer our own family members without a second thought.

Resolute has been exactly that kind of partner for our clients, and we are so grateful for the collaborative care they provide. And can we just say… their office is absolutely gorgeous.
