Artsy Hands had a blast with Toni from Vital Caring! Together, they created beautiful wreaths using a variety of colorful buttons. Working with buttons is especially beneficial for our dementia residents—it encourages fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and gentle problem-solving through sorting and separating by size or color. These simple, tactile activities can spark memories, promote focus, and provide a calming sense of accomplishment, all while having fun and socializing.
