Meet Jayne, Nanette and Melinda from the Maxim team!
💙 Jayne is one of our Clinical Managers on the West Coast.
💙 Nanette, also a Clinical Manager with Maxim, works with Jayne on our Novice Nurse program in that area.

~~CONGRATULATIONS ERICA-CAREGIVER OF THE MONTH~~
1. I became a nurse because I wanted a career that I could be proud of and that would allow me to help others.
2. My motivation is my daughter. She was born premature, weighing only 1lb 12 oz. She was in the NICU for almost 3 months, but fortunately she's a happy 7 yo now. Because of my own experience, have so much empathy for my patients and their parents. I care for my patients as I would want someone to care for my own daughter.
3. Outside of caring for my sweet patients, I love spending time with my husband and daughter. I'm an avid reader and have recently discovered a love for exercise.

Ever since I was a little girl, I wanted to become a nurse. My mother use to remind me all the time of how nurturing I was as a kid. Every time someone was sick I would try to help. Then once my baby brother was born I treated him like he was my little patient. When me and my little cousins played school I would always volunteer to be the school nurse. :)
My biggest job motivator is knowing that I am finally able to be what I love and always wanted to do. I love to help people and make them feel better. Being sick is not a good feeling for anyone, but if I'm capable to make my patient smile or just feel a little better I feel like that is a job well done. The biggest motivators are my two children, they look up to me and always push me to give it every thing I have. They have taught me to never give up on my dreams, and they are also one of my biggest supporters.
My favorite things to do outside of work is spending time with my family. Through my life I have learned that our time on this earth is limited and should be used wisely, I do so by making fun memories with my family. I also love to sleep :), do hair, travel and cook.

Hi there! My name is Trish Payne and prior to joining Maxim, I was an HR professional for several years. I was born in Houston, TX and moved to East Texas when I was in middle school. I have lived in Lindale for 17 years with my husband, Josh and our teenage daughter. We share our home with a Leopard Labrador Princess, Zoey and an adventurous hunter kitty, Gizmo. We are very involved in our community and school. GO EAGLES! If we are not at a sporting event, we are at a concert, whether it be my husband’s band or other great artists. We're excited to welcome our new recruiter, Jantzen Nix!

Hello! My name is Jantzen Nix. I grew up in a tiny town outside of Amarillo, Tx. Upon graduating, I attended Texas Tech University, which is where I met my husband. My degree is in retail management, and I was a buyer for a high-end retail store for multiple years after college. After my husband joined the Marine Corps, I moved to California where he was stationed and enjoyed every bit of the 70-degree weather and beaches. I have two perfect dogs that run our house. Remi (a 3-year-old Chocolate Lab) and Blair (a 10-year-old boxer/pit mix) I have lived in Dallas the past couple of years where I worked as a healthcare recruiter and just recently relocated to Hideaway, Tx. I enjoy running, fly fishing, and reading. I am extremely excited to join the Maxim family!

"Since I was a little girl, I have always wanted to be a nurse. I enjoy helping people, especially children in home health.

Patient care is the biggest motivation for me. Just getting to see the little one's smile each day brings me joy and warms my heart!

My favorite thing to do outside of nursing would definitely be spending time with family and friends, but especially with my grandkids. I also love music and enjoy attending concerts when I can."
