We offer yoga and fitness dedicated to helping others to heal themselves and find joy in movement. We offer a variety of classes along with halotherapy, infrared sauna, and relaxing detox foot baths.

Due to the massive growth of my career as a college professor and content developer I’ve made the decision to close both of my studios for regular group classes permanently

My last group class offering will be Tuesday November 21st at noon. If you have a package feel free to use it and join me for a final class then I’ll refund the remainder.

I’ll be offering private sessions on a limited basis for $75, this includes an assessment and overview of your goals for your yoga practice with guidance for a home based yoga practice.

I will also offer limited myofascial tissue treatment and reiki for $140 a session. I’ve had clients experience significant relief and healing of chronic pain and conditions with this treatment.

In January, I’ll be offering another 3 part yoga series for $75 in Tylertown and possibly Columbia so please continue to follow this page if you are interested.

I’m taking down my website and no longer using my business number so if you’re interested in services please message me or call my personal cell at 208-550-4570. This page is the best way to keep in contact and updated regarding services.

It gave me so much insight into my ADHD brain. 🧠

This book is a must-read for anyone wanting to better understand neurodiversity and unlock their full potential.

If you struggle with some of the same symptoms or simply have trouble quieting your mind, try slowing down and tuning inward with yoga to gain perspective like I do.
