•If you currently have proxy access to a loved one’s account, you will need to re-establish proxy access in the new portal.

What You Can Do in the new Avera MyChart 🚩
• Message your providers.
• Schedule appointments.
• View health insurance and benefit information.
• Complete virtual visits.
• View medications and lab results.

Join us on Wednesday May 27th to get enrolled with help from our team! We're excited for this new chapter and can't wait to help make the transition as smooth as possible for our patients and community!

May is American Stroke Month. The American Stroke Association is adopting the B.E. F.A.S.T. acronym as part of its consumer education campaigns on stroke warning signs. When it comes to spotting stroke and getting help, the faster the better.
