What You Need to Know 🚩
•All patients will need to create a new username and password for the new portal.
•If you currently have proxy access to a loved one’s account, you will need to re-establish proxy access in the new portal.

What You Can Do in the new Avera MyChart 🚩
• Message your providers.
• Schedule appointments.
• View health insurance and benefit information.
• Complete virtual visits.
• View medications and lab results.
