Take an hour out of your day for a Reiki session. Reiki can help you relax, help you sleep, and reduce feelings of stress and anxiety.

Not sure what Reiki is? It’s actually pretty simple. I’m able to access Universal Life Force Energy (Reiki), and I channel it through my hands to you for the purposes of healing and relaxation. I gently place my hands on different parts of your body, and channel Reiki energy to you. You can add crystals if you want, or you can keep it simple. It’s up to you.

What happens during a session? I start at the crown of your head, and work my way down to your feet. Many people fall asleep. Most people feel a really deep relaxation that can last for a day or two. Many people feel a release from their pain, though that can take more than one session. You might see swirling colors behind your closed eyes.

The effects of Reiki are cumulative. You might find with repeated sessions that your stress baseline changes. You’ll feel calmer. You’ll feel more serene. More relaxed overall.

Today’s the day! Come down to the studio with your non-perishable for donation for the Merrimack Valley Food Bank. I’ll be there from 9:30 to 7:00 today.

Can’t wait to see you there!

Hey everybody— I’m going to be at the studio all day tomorrow, from 9:30 to 7:00, to collect food donations for the Merrimack Valley Food Bank. People are really struggling, and need all the help they can get. Food banks are turning people away due to lack of food.

Let’s get together and help these folks out. It doesn’t have to be a lot. A can of beans. A box of stuffing. A pound pasta. Whatever you can spare. Please come by on Monday, November 10, and drop off your food items.

Starting when we open on Wednesday at 10 AM, through 6pm close on Sunday, Lazy Cat Lounge will be participating in the community food drive. We will have a wagon in the lobby to collect shelf stable foods. If you're in the downtown area, or visiting the Lazy Cat, please consider bringing a donation to help our neighbors in need!
