Home Health Clinical Manager
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Manager to oversee our home health nursing team and ensure high-quality patient care. This role is responsible for clinical oversight, staff supervision, patient care planning, and implementation of best-practice standards across our programs.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and assign nursing staff while promoting equal employment opportunities.
• Schedule work, set priorities, and direct RN, LPN, and other clinical staff activities.
• Plan, evaluate, and adjust patient treatment programs using clinical assessments and records.
• Review staff performance and provide evaluations and recommendations.
• Develop and maintain clinical policies, procedures, and patient-care standards.
• Identify training needs and ensure ongoing staff education and development.
• Oversee EMR documentation, reports, and clinical correspondence.
• Participate in strategic planning and assessment of patient care needs.
• Serve as a clinical resource to home care nurses and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor quality, safety, and effectiveness of nursing practices.
• Stay current with advances in nursing and home health care best practices.
Required at hire: TB/PPD, current BLS/ACLS, and license verification

Location: Vienna, VA (Office-Based)
Schedule: Full Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $95k+ per year
