So proud of our Film Instructor David, who did a fantastic job moderating a panel on the Halcyon Daze doc at the Poppy Jasper International Film Festival yesterday!

The documentary film about the former Star Wars hotel experience was actually all about community spirit and collaboration, which got me thinking about how that’s really at the core of almost everything worthwhile.

Sure, it’s one subject of the film, but it’s also about all the people like David helping to support the festival itself, and it’s in everything we do at UVAH: whether we’re creating in our Maker’s Workshop, hosting a Spring dance, supporting people at work or in college, or doing the work behind the scenes, it’s all about community, collaboration and working together to make something great! Let’s keep going!
