Sacred Geometry is Yoga for your eyes.

When I work with the Codes of AH for subtle body clearings and activations, even though I’m sitting very still in a medatirive pose, I feel like I’m doing eye yoga.

Happy December!

Remember me?

I’m Holly Holfeltz and back in 2017 I started this page to offer Reiki to the community. I’ve been quiet as founder of this page mainly due to being a busy mom of three little boys.

I’m so happy to welcome Sarah Miles to this page and express congratulations to her on her Reiki journey!

I’m also happy to share something that’s become a passion of mine for the past few years. I have been receiving DNA clearings and activations that have changed my life. Last year I became certified as a Codeologist; serving the collective using the Codes of AH created by my teacher Ivonne Delaflor.

Last year I held a free series during the month of December to introduce these Codes to my online Facebook community. Please check out the first session, a beginner session of the Codes of AH, linked below.

In Feb 2021 I’m offering a FREE four week activation series with the Tao Codes of AH. These Codes embody the energy of the Tao Te Ching to serve in moving through the Great Change that is upon us.

There will be a total of four, four week series’ to activate all of the Tao Codes of AH occurring every few months in 2021. Series one is complimentary and I’d love for as many in the community to join as feel called.

Anyone: "What the heck is Reiki?!?"

Reiki is an alternative form of therapy also referred to as Energy Healing. Reiki uses a hands on, or hands floating over the body, technique that involves the transferring of Universal Healing Energy from the practitioner to the recipient. Reiki originated in Japan in the 1800s and is used World Wide to heal unresolved energy from pain, trauma, stress, obesity, eating disorders, relationship strain and heartache, digestive issues and nearly any ailment one may have. Reiki also helps promote relaxation, better sleep, chakra balancing, grounding and overall well-being. Additionally, Reiki can be used for end of life ease for a peaceful passing for our loved ones and pets.
Reiki can be used to heal all living beings; people, pets, wild life, plants and trees, insects, fish, etc.. Moreover, Reiki can be given in person or by distance as Energy travels through space and time and flows to where it is needed.
