My name is Emah, I’m a NorCal native, born in San Fransisco and raised in gorgeous Mendocino and Marin County. I am beyond blessed to have been raised in a family and a community where wholesome food and healthy lifestyle habits were valued. Upon graduating I took a year to travel New Zealand and Hawaii to work-trade on various organic farms. It was during this year that I further deepened my love for connecting those around me with “real food”. After returning to California, I dove into my more official education of holistic nutrition at Bauman College in Berkeley, CA where I graduated a year and half later as a Certified Nutrition Consultant. Immediately following my completion at Bauman College, I moved to Austin, TX to attend an extensive vegetarian culinary program at The Natural Epicurean of Culinary Arts where I learned to further implement my knowledge of nutrition in the kitchen. I am truly in love with the process of connecting others looking to transform their health with the tools to obtain sustainable and wholesome vitality. I have an honest passion for food, health, and art- three qualities which I aim to encapsulate in each dish that I create. I work with my clients to enrich and restore their health through clean eating. All the meals I make are specific to my client's unique health goals. I come up with weekly menus (and send them to my client ahead of time for approval), do all the grocery shopping, cook, package, label, and clean in your home or mine. This is very ideal service for anyone who has a hard time eating restaurants due to a selective diet and likes to have control of their food quality.
