They are vegetables harvested at the cotelyden stage and offer many micronutrients and taste just like their adult counterparts. Late Bloomer, is a small ‘direct to community’ farm that offers FREE COMMUNITY OR HOME DELIVERY anywhere in Ulen/Hitterdal to Fergus Falls area. We specialize in growing 4 varieties of nutrient-dense microgreens.

Hugh thank you to Shannon Nowak, DGF, MN Ag Dept and all who were involved in this fun event yesterday! It was so great meeting the other producers as well. I appreciate the opportunity to supply Microgreens to the students and staff of DGF.

In November 2022, Shannon Nowak, director of nutrition services at Dilworth-Glyndon-Felton Public Schools, applied for a grant that kick-started the Farm to Tray program.
