El Morya is an Ascended Master of the Great White Brotherhood, known as the Chohan (Lord) of the 1st Blue Ray, who represents divine will, faith, courage and spiritual leadership.

Beloved Light within me,
Breathe through this trembling heart.
Where there is sorrow, sow tenderness.
Where there is rage, restore the stillness that remembers its origin.

I do not turn away from the cries of the world.
I gather them into the sacred chalice of my chest
and offer them, breath by breath,
as prayers woven in golden thread.

Let peace not be a passive wish,
but a living current —
flowing from the quiet courage within,
rippling outward to soften borders, walls, and wounds.

May every mother’s son, every father’s daughter,
lay down the need to conquer —
and remember the softness of soil,
the holiness of hands unclenched.

May those in power be pierced
by the light they cannot outrun.

Going to Kim's starting June 24th will be teaching her Chakra series classes. They must be taken in order. She will be staying in Ulster for the New Moon Reiki Circle the following day.

This particular spiral is not an idle curiosity or just an interesting pattern - It's actually a harmonic sequence map. This is how music works - actually how everything works.
This is a visual depiction of musical intervals and their relationships, in the context of a harmonic or tuning system. The heart of the chart is the base note (C), with a doubling in frequency for each octave. Each interval is also associated with a specific mathematical ratio, first calculated by Pythagoras.
He discovered that the two notes that make up an interval always have a ratio of 2 to 1. The ratio of a perfect fifth is 3 to 2, and a perfect fourth is 4 to 3. Pythagoras combined these intervals and then created other notes to form a major scale. With his mathematical calculations, music theory was born. 🎼
All frequencies including sound, light, planetary motion, etc. could be related to this cycle. The same spiral pattern appears everywhere in nature, DNA, plants, galaxies, our weather patterns... Likewise in music. The spiral is repetition, but with the accumulation of experience, it embodies the fundamental process of creation and growth.

I’ve spent so much of my life being the strong one—the one who keeps it together when everything feels like it’s falling apart, the one who pushes through even when the weight feels unbearable.

I’m so used to wearing that strength like armor that I almost forget what it feels like to be soft, to let my guard down. That’s why being treated with kindness means more than words can express. It’s not about needing someone to save me—I can handle the hard stuff—but feeling safe enough to be vulnerable, even for a moment.

When you’re used to carrying so much, even the smallest acts of gentleness feel like a reminder that I don’t have to be strong all the time, that it’s okay to rest. And sometimes, that’s exactly what I need.
