We are seeking serious, dependable, long-term caregivers to join our team. This position offers a consistent schedule and steady weekly income.
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who can stay productive throughout their shift without constant supervision.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
1-hour meal break provided
Flat Pay: $500 Weekly
1099 Contractor – No taxes withheld
Friday, Saturday & Sunday OFF
Responsibilities:
Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing as needed)
Medication reminders & MAR documentation
Meal preparation (dinner cooked daily)
Light housekeeping & laundry
Companionship & supervision
Reporting changes in residents’ condition
Requirements:
CPR & First Aid Certified
Current Negative TB Test (within 30 days)
Must pass state background check
PCA / CNA / NA experience REQUIRED
Reliable transportation
Professional and dependable
Attendance & Work Ethic Matter:
We operate a structured home. Staff are expected to remain engaged, attentive, and off their phones except during designated break times. Reliability is non-negotiable.

We are seeking responsible and dependable overnight caregivers who can maintain a calm, attentive environment throughout the night.
Schedule:
Monday – Thursday
7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
1-hour meal break provided
Flat Pay: $500 Weekly
1099 Contractor – No taxes withheld
Friday, Saturday & Sunday OFF
Responsibilities:
Overnight supervision & safety checks
Assist residents as needed
Medication reminders (if applicable)
Light cleaning
Documentation
Immediate reporting of concerns
Requirements:
CPR & First Aid Certified
Current Negative TB Test (within 30 days)
Must pass state background check
PCA / CNA / NA experience REQUIRED
Reliable transportation
Professional and dependable
Overnight Expectations:
This role requires alertness and attentiveness at all times. Sleeping on shift, excessive phone use, or missed safety checks will result in immediate termination.
