Shoutout to competing last weekend at worlds out in Vegas!

Came to us 10 days out already on a good track, but wanted to tighten things up to make sure he really was dialed in as efficiently as possible!

Through manipulation of water and electrolytes, as well as heat acclimation, Jae was able to lose 10 pounds in just 10 days without any weight cut and went on to secure the Bronze medal! Congrats to Jae!

and put in a ton of work this offseason. Got more athletic, stronger, and faster than ever before. Coupled with a strong offseason effort at they have been absolutely showing off the gains.

has been picking off a new county champion every night this week, gearing up for what’s bound to be an epic high-school run.

showcased last night (and not for the first time this year) that you may be eligible for frequent flyer miles if he gets a good hold of you.

Really looking forward to the next few years of these boys dominating!

Have some catching up to do with our athletes that have been crushing it lately!

2 weeks ago we saw slide onto the scales at 134.8 for his 135lb contest. The following day he came in and put on a clinic for 3 rounds. Had better technique, pushed a harder pace, and fought a gritty style fight. Bullying his opponent in the clinch to an easy 30-27 UD victory for !

Nick was disciplined throughout camp, had a relatively easy weight cut, and refueled properly. He was able to stay strong and explosive while pushing the pace the entire fight, cruising to a decisive victory on the scorecards. Excited for this young man’s future.

This past Friday we saw Omari Eastman return to competition after nearly 4 years since his last one.

We only had a very short window to work, but still a pretty easy glide down from 201lbs to 185 in a matter of 10 days.

Despite the late weight prep and the long layoff of competition, Omari came in and won all 3 rounds decisively. Hoping he can return to competition soon.

Back to business.

Working with small groups and fighters primarily. I always appreciate the support and willingness to work, but in the past have definitely been guilty of trying to juggle too many people at once and the last thing I want to do is sacrifice the quality of experience of our members.

Had a great time today speaking with the high school team today about some nutrition fundamentals.

Looking forward to working with some of the individuals as well as the team as a whole, to help them make weight with more ease and consistency as the post-season gets closer.

The Titans are putting together their best season in a VERY long time, and we’re doing our part to take them to the next level to not only be dominant, but STAY dominant year after year!

Did a lot of work with my man this off-season, adding some strength and athleticism to his game as he made the jump from 8th grade to high school, and now starting varsity as a freshman and only a 3rd year wrestler!

Watching his increase in work ethic and commitment to wrestling/building himself as a better athlete has been very cool to watch and we’re happy to be a part of it.

Looking forward to the next 4 years for TreDawg as he inevitably makes it deep into the post season!!



🔥🤼‍♂️ Huge congrats to my kid and his best bud Abraham. Mike and Abe both won their wrestle offs for their school teams, Michael Keansburg, Abe SJV, and they will be wrestling varsity as freshman.

It’s so awesome to see their hard work pay off so far.
The next four years are going to be a lot of work, but it will be absolutely worth it!

Thanks to the coaches at Beast Coast. Thanks to Thomas Anderson and Paul Capaldo for all the private sessions you’ve done with them. And big thanks to Frank Wells for all the Strength and Conditioning sessions, and nutritional guidance for Michael to get to his weight class, in a healthy manner.
