I launched martial arts videos because I lacked computer skills, so there was no processing. This is much worse visually, but one advantage is that it is easy to imitate. My purpose is to promote the health methods and techniques of traditional martial arts, mainly baguazhang. Of course, my video also has martial arts routines. For martial arts teachers, if you don’t have a course on baguazhang, you can learn a lot of baguazhang knowledge and skills from my video, so you can have one more martial arts project.
