Starting Thursday 3/19, I’ll be offering private one-on-one sessions at Shanti Healing, located near downtown Hayward. These sessions are a chance to step away from the noise and take intentional time for yourself. Each session is personalized and beginner-friendly — no experience needed, just come as you are.

You’ll be able to book:

• Sound Healing + Energy Healing, which may include reiki, gentle herbal energy cleansing, meditation, breathwork, and intuitive support 🕯️

Each session is thoughtfully centered around a specific chakra theme, and you’ll receive a complimentary crystal and journaling tools 🖊️ aligned with our focus of the day.

Celebrating in a softer way 🤍

This private sound healing experience took place in Los Banos, California ☀️ — a milestone birthday thoughtfully designed with intention, ease, and joy. Surrounded by water, sunlight, and close friends, we created space to both move and fully exhale.

After Pilates led by , guests transitioned into sound healing — some resting poolside, others floating gently in the water 🌊 as the vibrations moved through the area.

Each private session is curated around the energy of the moments you’re honoring. Whether indoors, outdoors, or incorporating the elements like poolside or in-water experiences, ✨the vibe✨ remains the same: meaningful connection and intentional relaxation.

Join us on 2/14 at 1pm for a Valentine’s Day Chakra & Crystals Sound Healing rooted in sound, reflection, and connection at .wellnessstudio

We’ll start with gentle grounding and intention setting through stillness and stretching, then move into guided journaling 📝 (tools provided) focused on the heart chakra—exploring self-love, emotional clarity, and the relationships that support us. You’ll receive rose quartz 🩷 our crystal of the day, to take it home as a little reminder of the love you poured into yourself.

We’ll close with a deeply relaxing sound bath, using calming frequencies to help your body unwind, your mind settle, and everything land gently.

Lately, I’ve been finding deep fulfillment in my calling through sound healing. Working with middle-school girls in my local Union City school district has been incredibly meaningful — creating space to explore self-appreciation, self-awareness, and emotional well-being, while also sharing the importance of accessible mental and emotional health resources.

Through sound healing, students are introduced to tools that support focus, grounding, and emotional regulation, while also encouraging creativity and self-expression in a gentle and approachable way 🎶🧘🏽‍♀️

I was once a young person who wished for guidance and supportive resources like this. Now, I’m grateful to be able to show up for these girls and offer a space that feels calm, safe, and supportive 💛. Thank you girls for showing up for yourselves!

I’ve had the privilege of working with New Haven Unified School District and the City of Union City on a number of occasions, including at the Kennedy Youth Center and youth sports teams, and I’m looking forward to visiting IVCMS in February for another installment of this work.
