Deepen your practice with a four-week journey into the essentials of yoga. This training covers essential poses, breathing techniques, meditation, and an introduction to yoga philosophy, offering a well-rounded experience for both beginners and those looking to refine their practice.
During the series, we will break down essential yoga poses with a focus on proper alignment and technique. We’ll also explore modifications and variations to suit different levels and body types, discuss yoga philosophy and dive into the breathwork and meditation techniques. Personalized feedback will be provided to help you progress safely and confidently.
Optional Add On: students will have an option to sign up for unlimited access to the classes between June 1 - June 30 to practice what they learn!
