So grateful for the day in the nature and a beautiful and inspiring group of yogis who joined us for October Mini Retreat!
Here is a few insights/takeaways from the trip:
1. It’s a small world — You never know who you’ll meet or what connections will surface. Synchronicities remind us that we’re all more connected than we realize.
2. Perspective shapes reality — It’s not what happens to us but how we respond. A windy day can be enjoyable while hiking in the woods, not so great for a beach trip or make for the best windsurfing. The event doesn’t change, only the perspective does.
3. The beauty of the road less traveled — Choosing the less popular path may feel uncertain at first, but often leads to unexpected discoveries and hidden gems.
4. Presence deepens experience — Slowing down to notice the details (the sound of leaves, the feel of the breeze, the warmth of shared conversation) transforms ordinary moments into extraordinary ones.
5. Shared energy amplifies growth — Coming together in community creates a supportive space where insights flow more easily, and each person’s energy strengthens the whole.
