Esta es la Vitamina efervecente que recomiendo a todos mis pacientes! Se la doy hasta mis hijas chiquitas. Apenas me siento que me voy a enfermar o cuando las nenas me vienen enfermitas la consumo y enseguida me siento mejor. Preventivamente se puede consumir tambien semanal. Exactamente hace 1 año fui hospitalizada 2 días antes de que empezara semana santa y fui sometida a 2 cirugías. Nunca había estado tan asustada en mi vida como en ese momento. He aprendido tantas cosas este año desde priorizar mi salud, comer mejor, tomar el tiempo para descansar y a apreciar todas las pequeñas bendiciones que Dios me ha concedido.

Si estas pasando por un desierto ahora mismo, sigue orando, sigue respirando y acércate mas a jesus porque el puede darte el descanso y satisfacer tu sed y necesidades.
