“Happy National Bean Day” featured a jelly bean tasting, a heated bean auction, and a special wow meal prepared by Rob for our girl Trudy, which she requested to be pinto beans and cornbread. Interestingly, it coincided with our Bean Day celebrations. We thoroughly enjoyed engaging conversations, diverse jelly bean flavors, and a 15-bean soup. Our friends love bean auction and jelly beans. Do you like beans?

Today was National Whip Cream Day !Whip cream day is a sweet reminder to enjoy the little indulgences that make everyday moments seem special !!! Today we made whisps cookies using only 3 ingredients . Cake mix of your choice and flavor . 8oz whipped topping stir all together .Form into golf ball size balls , roll in powdered sugar. Bake 350 for about 8 mins . Delicious 😋😋😋!! There are many deserts that use this sweet treat . What’s you favorite Whipped topping dessert ? She requested Don sol for lunch. Rob ( in dietary) made her a coconut cake to enjoy. She received a nice ,warm , and soft sweatshirt. She had a big day , but would still enjoy some happy birthday wishes.

It’s a wrap !!! That was the theme for our day !!! We reminisced by looking at photos that we made throughout the year ! We dressed our newest family the Waddleton’s for our New Year‘s Eve Party !! You can be a vital part of helping them reach their goal. Just save your soft drink tabs and bring them to the Etheridge House. You not only will put a radiant smile on our friends faces, but you will be making a real difference in the lives of others.

We enjoy music of any kind but did you know that rhythm sticks are a form of exercise .They improve our fine motor skills , coordination and focus !! They are a non verbal way to express joy while reducing anxiety. They give us a sense of accomplishment through the repetitive rhythmic action. despite all the wonderful benefits from playing these simple sticks, you can look at the faces of our friends and see The enjoyment that these simple wooden sticks bring.!!
