Our Masonic Outreach Services team welcomed 31 new clients in December, and the calls for assistance continued throughout January. The new year can bring new financial challenges for many families, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to provide support and care when it’s needed most.

We also launched a new training, Engaging Across Generations across California. Designed to bring members of all ages closer together, this session equips Lodge Outreach coordinators with practical tools to strengthen communication and build even stronger connections within our Masonic community.

Last month, residents and guests kicked off our very first Union City Social Club Dinner of 2026 — and what a night it was! After enjoying a delicious meal together, we were all shook up when Mr. George Silva and his backup singers took the stage with a fantastic tribute to , performing many of his greatest hits. The crowd was smiling, singing along, and maybe even dancing in their seats!

So excited to see our "little patch of dirt" at our Union City campus bloom once more! Thanks to the hard work and big hearts of our residents, we have a lively, colorful garden to explore! During the highlight of the season, the space is filled with cheerful blooms, budding sunflowers, bright petunias, and plenty of homegrown goodness like tomatoes, peppers, squash, beets, and fresh herbs.

It’s a beautiful reminder that when people come together with care and patience, amazing things can grow.
