What started as a simple patch of soil at the Union City campus has blossomed into a thriving garden! Residents rolled up their sleeves, planted seeds of hope, and today, the garden bursts with life—bright flowers, sunflowers on the way, petunias along the borders, and rows of tomatoes, peppers, squash, beets, and herbs.

In this vibrant garden, each resident contributed something whether it was their expertise or creativity, or even a favorite flower or vegetable tied to a special recipe. It’s a reminder that with time, care, and some community spirit, something beautiful can always root!
