- Unlimited visits: Including telehealth services, wellness visits, and acute care/urgent care visits. Also includes sports physicals and well-child examinations.

-Affordable monthly membership: Offering monthly memberships for individuals with options for additional family members and employer sponsored plans.

-Wholesale medication dispensing: We offer certain prescription medications (antibiotics, maintenance medications for chronic conditions such as hypertension, thyroid issues, etc..) available as lower costs and conveniently dispensed directly form provider. Saving you an extra trip to the pharmacy!

-Lab draw and bloodwork: Costs for testing not included in pricing but may be available at a discounted rate or billed through insurance if available. No additional costs for drawing labs!
