Meet Uchee! He had his first yoga experience this morning. We don’t know his story but we were alerted to a small kitten running alone near the roadside during a rainstorm. Until we could find him, he spent the several weeks outside in the snow, ice and bitter cold. Truly a miracle kitten to have survived. Now he’s safe and warm and as grateful as we are. His lesson for us today as cats are highly perceptive creatures…be mindful of your energy as you interact with others and your pets. His mood mirrored that of the participants today, somewhat excited at first…as soon as everyone became mindful of their breath and space, Uchee relaxed and started purring. Welcome Uchee❤️
