On Friday, we wore red to support Women’s Heart Health during American Heart Month. Cardiovascular disease is the number one cause of death for women, claiming about 1 in every 3 lives each year — more than all cancers combined — yet many women don’t realize their risk. Wearing red is a simple way to raise awareness, spark conversations, and remind the women in our lives to take care of their hearts. Let’s keep learning, sharing, and supporting heart-healthy habits.❤️❤️
