Memorial Day is so important to our community as we have several veterans who live with us and we are grateful for their service. Today Genie came in on her day off and held a flag ceremony to honor all of the men and women who have served and are still serving. Our flag pole has been bare for some time, but a new very sturdy American Flag was presented today with a flag service before many of our residents.

Thank you everyone who served and those who stand and protect us each and every day. We truly honor you today and every day. May God Bless YOU!

Being blessed with some of the best nurses in the industry, we often are too busy to thank them for all that they do. This Nurse’ Week we tried to recognize them and concluded with a celebratory lunch at Colton’s with fellow team members from Americare - South Pointe and Americare - Washington Place. Taking a break together rarely happens and is something this team absolutely deserves! Rhonda and Jessica, we appreciate you! Know you do amazing work and we are thankful all year long for what you do each and every day for each and every resident.
