I am excited to continue teaching a free fitness class on Monday nights at 6:30 In Union MO. This 5 week session will include a mash up of cardio dance, drumstick routines, kickboxing, strength and stretching. All levels of fitness welcome to come give it a go.. Bring a mat and water bottle, dress to sweat and be ready to have fun!
