Spaces available for our upcoming 3-Day Cancer Retreat, September 19-21, Friday to Sunday, in beautiful Union, WA, on the shores of Hood Canal.

This retreat is for those who have had a cancer diagnosis and their loved ones. In an intimate group setting, on a beautiful campus surrounded by natural beauty, you will connect with others on the journey and begin, or deepen your, process of integration of your cancer experience.

Anyone who has had a life-altering/threatening illness knows that one of the most significant hurdles is making sense of the experience and how to weave that experience into the greater meaning of your life. Connect with yourself and others under the guidance of expert facilitators, who will help you live more consciously and wholly into every precious day.

Learn mindfulness, meditation, creative expression, and gentle movement practices. Enjoy wholesome, home-style meals in a space where everything has been thought of to help you relax and feel at home.

This retreat is valued at $ 1,200 per person, but due to the generosity of our donors, we can offer it for the base price of the overnight accommodations and meal package (between $280-$400, depending on the room type). This retreat includes two nights of lodging and 7 meals.

Scholarships are available for those in need, to reduce the cost to as little as $55 per person.

3-Day Cancer Retreat by Harmony Retreats

Join us for this soulful journey with others who are experiencing cancer. A loved one, caregiver, may join you as well.

This program is an immersive 3-day/2-night retreat experience designed to help you disconnect from your everyday life, and connect with living your most present and authentic life.... far away from the treatment rooms and hospital hallways.

The program is offered at no cost, but we ask participants and their companions to cover the cost of food and lodging for the retreat. There are significant scholarship dollars available for Washington State Residents with financial need.

Cost for room and board is $366 for a private room and $326 for a shared room. Costs can be reduced to $55 per person via a scholarship.

Did you know... each month we offer a free two-session Virtual Cancer Workshops? It's usually over one day, or sometimes two consecutive evenings. We really wanted to create something that could fit within almost anyone's schedule.

The topics vary by month and include deep dives into metastatic cancer and being a caregiver. These workshops are led by Harmony Hill 3-day Cancer Retreat Facilitators, who come from a variety of professional backgrounds. But what makes each one special is the holding of space to honor your individual cancer experience, in company with those who are co-journeyers with you.

Why come to a Virtual Cancer Workshop?

Because one of the most comforting things you can do when faced with cancer is to be with other people who 'get it.'

Sometimes, it's hard for our loved ones and friends to understand what you are going through, and you find yourself trying to explain things in a way to comfort them.
