Come out for a ride with the doc May 7th at 6 pm!

Dr. James Seifried, PT will educate participants on some basic bike set up and key stretches to stay loose and have fun then lead a ride.

Meet at Lick hollow trail head- 175 Lick Hollow Rd, Hopwood, PA 15445

Bike ride will be entry to intermediate gravel riding. Some elevation changes with the ride being about 1 mile into the park then double back for 2 miles. Opportunity to take a loop within the park or ride up to the entrance of lick hollow on rt 40 based on interest. Gravel, mountain, trail, E-bike or hybrid bike friendly road.

APRIL 21st at noon- there is time yet to reserve your spot at the YMCA for a great opportunity to learn about how to manage pain and also have some free pain relief treatment.

However, if that date and time do not work for you, I'm happy to announce partnering with Montgomery Medical to offer a workshop on pain with same pain relief treatment for a volunteer.

This is going to be such a great event. The Uniontown YMCA and Revolution Rehab- Dr. James Seifried are teaming to teach more people how to take back their control and transform their lives.

Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional.

There is time to sign up but not for long!

Shout out to the community at large! You all made this happen. It is incredible to have served both past and current clients.
