Our October Snack & Chat was all about the PEMF (Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Field) mat! Cyndi, our manager, hosted an informative seminar explaining how PEMF technology helps support recovery and overall wellness. Everyone who attended was entered into a drawing—and congratulations to Angeline, our lucky winner! She received a free month of upgraded membership to enjoy the PEMF experience firsthand.

Our OsteoStrong manager, Cyndi, recently stopped by the Schalmo YMCA Health Fair in Canal Fulton, where she spent the day educating attendees on how OsteoStrong helps strengthen bones, improve balance, and support long-term mobility — all in just one session a week. 💪

We love getting out into the community to teach others that building bone density doesn’t have to involve heavy weights or high-impact workouts.
