🌟 Employee of the Month – December 2025 🌟

We’re continuing to share some of our recent Employee of the Month recognitions! Congratulations to Kathleen Nicholson, Certified Nursing Assistant, for being our December 2025 Employee of the Month. Employed with Uniontown Nursing & Rehab since March 2005, Kathy has shown incredible dedication and compassion for 20 years.

One family member shared: “Kathy does such a great job taking care of my Mom. She always looks neat, clean, and dressed nice. She takes the extra time so my Mom feels good. She makes sure my Mom eats and socializes. I am so happy my Mom has Kathy to help her.”

🌟 Employee of the Month – November 2025 🌟

We’re excited to share one of our past Employee of the Month recognitions! Congratulations to Dave Hlad, Physical Therapy Assistant, for being November’s Employee of the Month. Since joining Uniontown Nursing & Rehab in 2016, Dave has consistently shown care, kindness, and dedication to our residents.

A resident’s daughter says it best: “Dave sure is a special employee. He is so caring, kind, gentle, and thoughtful. My Mom has returned for therapy because of the wonderful care he provides.”
