Macrina Manor is a 133 bed, not for profit, skilled nursing facility that has served Southwestern Pennsylvania since 1971. The grounds are located approximately one hour south of Pittsburgh in a scenic, peaceful rural area directly off Route 40 in Uniontown. The facility offers 24 hour nursing care, rehabilitative services, memory care, outpatient therapy, and pastoral care to all denominations. We accept all residents without regard to race, color, age, s*x, national origin, religious creed, disability or genetic information. Our mission is based upon the sponsorship of the Sisters of St. Our staff continues the mission of the Sisters of providing joyous, compassionate care that preserves the human dignity of all that we serve.

What a fun and exciting afternoon at our Paint & Sip! The residents truly enjoyed themselves as they got creative with every brushstroke. With their favorite drinks in hand and smiles all around. Each resident painted their own beautiful artwork, showcasing their unique style and creativity. It was wonderful to see everyone so engaged and proud of their masterpieces—an afternoon full of color, connection, and unforgettable memories!

A big special thank you to Cindy and Jim for hosting this wonderful event and making it such a memorable experience for everyone! 🎨🥤

Today, our veteran residents, along with other residents, had the pleasure of meeting an incredible young man, Spencer Novak. At just 14 years old and a student at Laurel Highlands Middle School, Spencer has taken on a meaningful mission—to support veterans residing in nursing homes throughout Fayette County.
Through dedication and hard work, Spencer turned his goal into reality. He is the Founder and Director of the Fayette Freedom & Honor Foundation, an organization committed to honoring and assisting our veterans.🇺🇸
What an outstanding achievement!👏

Our residents had a “Lucky” afternoon making Shamrock ☘️Pudding Parfaits! In celebration of the month of March and the upcoming St. Patrick’s Day, residents layered sweet pudding, whipped topping, Oreo’s, and Lucky Charm cereal 🌈 with Irish music. Residents got to create their own delicious parfait treats. It was a fun and tasty way to celebrate together! 🍀
