Embracing the ADHD Brain

At Innovative Therapy Center, we believe that ADHD isn’t a flaw—it’s a different way of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world. Kids with ADHD are often creative, curious, energetic, and full of ideas. When we understand their brains instead of trying to “fix” them, they thrive.

🎃 Halloween Week at Innovative Therapy Center is HERE! 👻
October 20–24th

Kids are invited to wear their costumes to therapy and take part in a fun, practice Trick-or-Treat experience during their sessions!

Our therapists will work Halloween fun into treatment to help kids get ready for the big day:

🧡 PT: Walking backward, hopping, or scootering between “treat stops”
🧡 OT: Sensory-friendly costume help, picking up candy with tongs/tweezers, decorating trick-or-treat bags
🧡 Speech: Practicing “trick-or-treat” and “thank you” with speech, signs, AAC, or buttons
🧡 Feeding: Exploring new Halloween treats and strategies to manage the holidays
🧡 Counseling: Preparing for spooky surprises, costumes, and social situations

Halloween can be overwhelming—so we’re making it fun, safe, and skill-building!

🎒 Families can double up sessions this week if kids need extra practice.
