The office assistant provides administrative support to the office manager by performing a variety of administrative, secretarial and clerical tasks. Essential job duties and responsibilities may include some or all of the following:

-Regular, timely attendance
-Maintain confidentiality of client information
-Assure telephones are answered in a prompt and courteous manner
-Review work sheets, logs and forms for accuracy
-Be able to communicate with clients, peers, members of the community including representatives of other agencies
-Assist with training
-Work in clients homes when necessary
-Willing to take on call
