WE ARE HIRING!

Hello friends,
We are seeking personable front office worker / receptionist to add to our team. The part time hours range from 30-36 as a regular employee. We can also offer a simpler 9 to ~2:30 pm schedule 4 or 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, perform check-in tasks
- Answer & direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Be able to perform check-out tasks such as collecting payment and placing orders
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and chart preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages- Assist with special projects as assigned

Wages start at $12-13 / hour depending on experience. Accruable benefits include a matching simple IRA plan, free vision care and discounts, accident insurance, and PTO. No Health insurance benefits are available at this time.

Come celebrate the opening of our new location at 1565 Corporate Woods Parkway in Uniontown on Tuesday, September 16 between 3:00-7:00! We will be unveiling an exciting and unique new frame line!!

Labor Day weekend office hours update:

Tomorrow (Friday) we will be open from 9-1 and we will be CLOSED Labor Day Monday. Have a great long weekend!

We are putting the finishing touches on our new office and can’t wait for everyone to come visit! We will be open next week Monday 9-5, Tuesday 9-7, Wednesday 9-1, Thursday 9-5, Friday 9-3. Please note: optical services will be limited for this week but will be fully functional starting July 28.
