WE ARE HIRING!

Hello friends,
We are seeking personable front office worker / receptionist to add to our team. The part time hours range from 30-36 as a regular employee. We can also offer a simpler 9 to ~2:30 pm schedule 4 or 5 days a week.

If you are interested, or know someone who might be, please feel free to message us!

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, perform check-in tasks
- Answer & direct phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide information to callers
- Be able to perform check-out tasks such as collecting payment and placing orders
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and chart preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages- Assist with special projects as assigned

Wages start at $12-13 / hour depending on experience. Accruable benefits include a matching simple IRA plan, free vision care and discounts, accident insurance, and PTO. No Health insurance benefits are available at this time.
