Guidelines from the American Cancer Society ⬇️

Women at average risk for breast cancer should follow these guidelines:

➡️Ages 40-44 have the option to start a yearly mammogram.
➡️Ages 45-54 should have a mammogram every year.
➡️Ages 55+ switch to every other year or continue yearly mammogram.

As you enjoy the rides, games, and delicious food, remember these quick health and safety tips:

✔ Drive slow around the fairgrounds and watch for pedestrians.
✔ Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.
✔ Wash your hands after visiting barns or petting animals.
✔ Keep an eye on children in large crowds.
✔Take a picture of your child when you arrive so you have an accurate description in case you get separated.
