Over the past few months, you may have noticed that our social media pages have been a little quiet. We wanted to take a moment to apologize for the lack of updates.

Like many small, community-based EMS services, things can get busy behind the scenes. We took a short break from posting so we could take some time to reset, refocus, and make sure we’re putting our energy where it matters most — serving our communities.

The good news… we’re back.

Moving forward, we’re excited to share more updates, highlights from our team, community information, and a closer look at the work happening every day at Unity Ambulance.

Thank you to our communities for your continued support. It truly means everything to our crew.

A winter storm is on the way, and it’s shaping up to be a snowy one! Now’s a great time to make sure you have the basics ready — snacks, medications, flashlights, batteries, and anything you might need if the power goes out.

When the snow starts flying, please avoid heading out unless it’s absolutely necessary. Giving the roads a break helps keep everyone safer and lets emergency crews get where they need to go more quickly.

Unity Ambulance will have a crew on during the storm and will remain ready to respond. In the event of an emergency, please call 911.

Until then, stay safe, and enjoy the snow from indoors if you can. ❄️ 🚑

A snowstorm is expected Tuesday night into Wednesday, with 6–9 inches of snow possible in our area. Roads will likely become slick and hazardous, especially overnight and during the morning hours.

With the holidays approaching, please plan ahead for Christmas shopping and any holiday travel. Consider adjusting travel times, finishing errands early, and allowing extra time to get where you need to go.

Slow down, give plow trucks plenty of room, and if you don’t need to be out, staying home is the safest option.

If you have an emergency, call 911.
Stay safe and enjoy the snow ❄️🎄

With the dropping temperatures and strong winds tonight and tomorrow, please be mindful of freezing pipes, hazardous wind chills, and possible power outages across the area.

Your safety is our priority — if you experience an emergency, don’t hesitate to activate the 911 system.

Be mindful while thawing out pipes —
• Never leave a heat source unattendedz
• Never use open flames, torches, or heat guns - these can easily cause fires
• If a pipe bursts, shut off your water supply and contact a plumber.

If you are dealing with long-term power outages, please reach out to your local Emergency Management Agency (EMA) for assistance and available resources.

Stay warm, stay safe, and check in on neighbors who may need a hand!
