Are you more likely to develop hyperpigmentation?
Remember Not all brown spots are created equal.
Before you treat, make sure you know what you’re treating. Melasma, sunspots, PIH, may look similar, but each tells a different story and needs a unique plan.
Here are some great products for hyperpigmentation

1. Alpha arbutin - it’s the cousin of hydroquinone with less irritation and side effects
2. Tranexamic acid
3. Niacinamide

Your acne does not have to flare during the holidays  Here are some tips from a dermatologist that actually work!-
🐄Watch your dairy intake
If you’re very concerned about breakouts and oiliness, look for products that are oil-free as well as non-comedogenic.
- Use hypochlorous acid 
- Double cleanse at night to clear out every trace of makeup and grime. (Micellar water and therma spring water are the best!)
- 👌Wash your hands before touching your face – trust me, it makes a difference.
