FREE birth doula services for 4 expecting families due in 2025!

Motherhood is powerful, sacred, and sometimes overwhelming. As a birth doula and future RN, my mission is to walk beside women especially Black and Brown mamas, as they bring life into the world, feeling seen, supported, and safe.

This gift includes:
• Help creating your birth plan
• Labor education
• Continuous labor & birth support
• Immediate postpartum support
• 1 postpartum follow-up visit

There are so many benefits to exercising while you’re pregnant! Walking is a great place to start if you haven’t been exercising and a good addition if you have already established a fitness routine.

Listen to your body, and take a break when you need to do so. There are so many physical and hormonal changes during this time, so don't be hard on yourself and keep realistic expectations. Also remember to stay hydrated before, during and after exercising, as your blood volume is increasing progressively.

Always talk with your doctor or midwife to find a workout routine that works best for you since every pregnancy is different.

Using a birthing ball leading up to and during labor allows gravity to works its magic!

Using birth balls is an excellent technique to maintain your pelvis and hips open and supple during your pregnancy. They are also excellent during all phases of labor, from assisting with pelvic opening and space creation to supporting you as you sway and move to encourage baby to descend into the womb.
