They didn’t just serve — they healed a nation. This Veterans Day, we honor the trailblazing nurses who made history through courage, compassion, and care:

Clara Barton, Mary Ann Bickerdyke, Florence Blanchfield, Hazel Johnson-Brown, Harriet Tubman, Opal Grapes, 1st Lt. Louise Lomax, Maj. Della Raney, Linda Norman, Grace Elizabeth Farley, Joan A. Furey, Aleda E. Lutz, Sharon Ann Lane, Juanita Redmond Hipps, and Nancy Leftenant-Colon.

Their service changed military medicine forever — and their legacy lives on in every nurse who serves today. To all the Veterans, we thank you for your sacrifices today and always. ❤️💙
