Meet Kandalyn! She has been a bcba at lighthouse for 9 months. She currently serves our preteen/teen clients and has done an absolute incredible job! The dedication she shows to her kids has been so inspiring to watch.

Kandalyn was born and raised in Utah before moving to Fort Worth in 2020 when her husband started physical therapy school. She loves traveling, hiking, painting and spending time with her husband and 3 boys!

Our girl did it!

Introducing our newest Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Audrey Dudley!
Audrey started at Lighthouse 19 months ago, before we even officially opened for clients! She has worked so hard over the last year and a half to get to this point. We’ve watched her graduate with her masters, get married and pass her board exam! We are so proud of her.

Just 15 months after joining the Lighthouse team, and on her birthday, Adriana passed her BCBA exam! We love her and we are so excited to see her live her best BCBA life at Lighthouse!

The newest BCBA in town, Adriana, loves Jesus and her dog Milo.

“I have the cutest wiener dog! I love reading books, making memories with my loved ones, and fitness! I am so excited to travel more, and learn more about ways I can use my certification as a BCBA to serve the community.”

Sierra had such a big week, celebrating her ONE YEAR with Lighthouse, passing her big BCBA exam and on a personal note, purchasing her first home! We are so proud to know you, Sierra! We can't wait to see what the next year has in store. 🎉🌊

Happy ONE YEAR with Lighthouse to our Audrey! She started here as our very first Lead RBT and is finishing up her masters to be a BCBA next month! She is also getting married this weekend! Such a big year for her. Everyone send her congratulations and best wishes!
