Self-care can be more than a bath or a massage. It’s about caring for your mind and body in ways that help you stay present, steady, and well.
What works for one person may not work for another. For Tripp, it might be Ashtanga yoga. For Marcus, maybe it’s jiu-jitsu. It could also be time with family, cooking a nourishing meal, or enjoying a really good cup of coffee.
Whatever it looks like, self-care should help you feel more capable of living a content life. One where you’re grateful for what you have and motivated to keep growing.
