Thompson House, administered under the Brattleboro Mutual Aid Association, traces its origins back to 1904, when it was opened as a training school for nurses for the Brattleboro Memorial Hospital.

Are you ready to start the school year?? Stop by Monday for a little help with your back to school prep! Every student who stops by Monday from 3-5 will be provided with: a notebook, a folder, pencils, pens, markers, colored pencils, crayons, glue sticks, erasers, snacks & juice- and while supplies last- pencil cases!
WE CAN’T WAIT TO SEE YOU!! ✏️ 🎒 🍎
*we recommend coming earlier in the event because supplies will only be handed out as long as they last!

Back to our roots in education!
Did you know that in June, the VT board of Nursing approved Thompson House to begin teaching LMNA classes? Our first cohort started the last week of June and we couldn’t be more proud! Our instructor and all three students are all long term employees- showing that hard work and dedication as a LNA can lead to career growth right here at Thompson House 💜💚
