Endorphins - that naturally occurring chemical in your brain that makes you happy.
There are many ways to get out of a rut and start feeling happy again.
1. Your favorite music
2. Chocolate
3. Spicy foods (if you can handle it, but start small if you are new to it)
4. Comfort food that is compatible with your body (think of the foods you used to enjoy as a kid)
5. Ginseng, smelling certain oils or foods (example is vanilla extract)
6. Sometimes healthy gossip helps and it has to be with good intentions to bring others self-esteem up or helping others. Stay away from bringing other people down.
7. Smiles are good if they are real
8. Love that is understanding
9. Exercise that you enjoy going to. Moving the body can help tremendously.
10. Anything that you find exciting and enjoyable (planting microgreens).
