Mountain Community Health Partnership Our goal is to improve the quality of life for all residents in our communities.

As a federally qualified Community Health Center located in the mountains of North Carolina, we are a resource for wellness, prevention and quality care. We provide primary care, pregnancy care, women’s health, behavioral health,and chiropractic services We have an office in Spruce Pine to improve access for patients living in the southern end of Mitchell County. Beginning February 1st 2017 we wil be partnering with the Celo Health Center to provide services to patients in Yancey County. We are committed to providing quality health care to patients in our service area, regardless of their ability to pay.

This accomplishment reflects the dedication and hard work of our entire team in delivering exceptional care and maintaining the highest standards. An Operational Site Visit (OSV) is a comprehensive review conducted by HRSA to ensure Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) meet all program requirements. It covers clinical, financial, and governance areas to confirm compliance and quality of care for the communities we serve.
