Do you eat the whole egg?

Firstly, grab your eggs from a local farmer if possible. You’ll save money, support your local economy, and get the most bang for your buck. 👏🏾

Egg tips:
🥚Find pasture raised organic chicken eggs
🥚The yoke is full of good fats and vitamins such as choline.
🥚Double the amount of vitamin E and long-chain omega-3 fats.
🥚More than twice the amount of total omega-3 fatty acids.
🥚Less than half the ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids.

I add a dash of black pepper and for beneficial electrolytes and minerals!

Welcome Fit Squad!

Hello, my name is Victoria Staton. I own a wedding, event planning, design, destination, and travel company named Victoria Staton International Events LLC (www.vsievents.com or instagram.com/vsievents ) and I am a licensed Zumba Instructor (B1, R2, R3).

I started my health and fitness journey about 2 years ago and became very passionate about what I learned. Everyone is on a journey and it is never ending and I found that my passion was leading others to want to become more healthy and take charge of their life and work toward their goals. After much thought and after initially pursuing personal training I determined that that was not for me so I weighted my options and was reunited with my love for dance and ZUMBA!

Join me on my journey and learn helpful tips and tricks, a few new moves, and get a really good sweat in!
