this week is all about joy and pleasure and high vibes ✨🙌🏻🤍

I’m taking a break from the Relationship Coaching tips this week and reminding you to enjoy this one beautiful life you get to live here! 💃🏻🌎😻

Healing and personal growth is important and also heavy sometimes so I’m pushing pause and leaning into joy and pleasure and high vibes this week! 😘

Seems my friend had the same idea. She tagged me in her dance party and I’m about to do the same. 👯‍♀️

P.S. There’s a reason your pets love dance parties as much as you… they feel that high vibe energy too. 🐶 🐈🫶🏻

P.P.S. Having a solo pleasure practice is also a great way to raise your vibe and PRO TIP if you make time for solo pleasure before a date you will show up not only sexy as hell but not so h***y you make a bad decision. 😉
