We begin most sessions with some gentle breath work and a full body energy routine to prepare the mind and body to receive followed by a deep relaxation, fully clothed, lying down or in a seated position. Once The Gong finishes, we process and reflect in silence and stillness for 5 minutes. Schedule sessions from 30 min to 3 hours. Release, Receive, Renew
