The mother of 7-year-Nia Williams is accused of kicking her in the stomach so hard that it caused her death, in Palm Beach County, Florida. An autopsy revealed that Nia suffered blunt force trauma to the abdomen that resulted in multiple internal injuries, including a lacerated liver. Her intestines were DETACHED from her abdomen, and half of her body's BLOOD supply was in her STOMACH.😞

Nia's sister told police that their mother often used a metal pipe, heels, a mop and a belt to beat them. The child stated that a few days before her death, Nia got in trouble because she didn't clean up her cereal mess, and their mom told Nia to lie on the ground and then stomped on Nia's stomach several times "like you stomp on an ant."

The child said Nia was then made to get up and clean up the mess, but Nia wasn't moving fast because she could barely walk, so their mom kicked Nia in the stomach, causing Nia to fall into the kitchen cabinets and then on the floor. When Nia was on the floor, her sister watched her mother pour cold water on Nia before putting her in a cold shower.

The child went on to say, Nia asked their mom if she could go lay down, but their mom said no, and made her go clean the toilet, shower, kitchen sink, fix the bed and straighten up the couch.

What makes this case worse is that there were people trying to save these kids! People were calling DCF and even sending pics of the injuries to case workers! The state had MULTIPLE opportunities to intervene! When Nia was born, she was left at the hospital and placed in foster care for the first six months of her life. Several times throughout her short life she had been seen by medical staff for injuries and loved ones had also been reporting injuries. Nothing was done and look at what it has caused. A beautiful baby girl died miserably at the hands of the one who should have protected her the most💔
