Everyone has a pelvic floor. Not everyone knows how to use it.

The pelvic floor has a responsibility to support your organs, control urine flow, assist in sexual activity, stabilize your pelvis and trunk, and assist with posture and breathing.

Most people think they are using their pelvic floor, but in reality they are gripping their butt or holding their breath.
