What a decision we made for our health and wellness to follow Sharp Health and Fitness! Andy was an awesome mentor/coach and went every step with us in our journey. He helped us just not how to lose weight (with real food) but to make healthier life choices. Andy personalized our program and was available to answer any questions and/or concerns.
He had us feel like we were the only ones working with him. We weren’t sure about the accountability portion, however it’s just what we needed!
Our journey started in February and three months later we felt great. It has given us the confidence that we are able to eat healthy and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Prioritizing your life can affect more than just you. It can have a positive impact on those around you, especially if you are the mother of the family. Fixing the relationship with food to fuel your body; mentally, physically and spiritually is the trifecta.

As a busy homeschooling Mom, my goal has always been to serve my family well. But somewhere along the way, I stopped caring for my own health and nutrition. I was sluggish and my joints ached. I was having heart palpitations and, overall, I just didn’t feel good. As a follower of Christ, I knew I had been given this body to steward but I made excuses and said I was too tired or too busy or too overwhelmed to make the changes that I knew I needed to make.

Finally, by February 2025, after already failing my New Year’s resolution of losing weight, I was feeling the worst I’d ever felt. Wallowing in how far I’d let myself go, I recalled a friend’s Facebook post in which she shared her success with Andy at Sharp Health and Fitness. I went on her page and found her post, re-read her testimony and I was so inspired! I’d tried all the other programs from Weight Watchers to Keto, but Andy’s program was different in that it aimed to heal my gut health and take away inflammation; the weight loss would be a welcomed side effect to properly taking care of my body.

After discussing the plan with my husband, he encouraged me to give it a try! I began my time with Andy in early March and I prayed for self control and discipline as this was going to be a drastic lifestyle change for me. The Lord provided and over the 90 days I lost 45 pounds and over 35 inches!

But even more than the weight loss, which is amazing, I just feel SO much better. My body responded quickly to the proper nutrition and my energy returned. The inflammation in my joints was gone within with first few weeks! I sleep so good now - gone are the nights of tossing and turning and restlessness!

Since my 90 day program ended in early June, I’ve continued on the program on my own and I’ve lost another 7 pounds! I even went away on a family vacation and LOST weight, proving that Andy gave me the tools to make this a lifestyle!

Everyday I thank God for opening my eyes to the importance of taking care of my health. And of course I thank Andy for his guidance, encouragement, and accountability on this journey! I find myself telling anyone who will listen how wonderful this journey with Sharp has been because I want everyone to feel this good! It’s truly been life changing and I’ll forever be grateful!

When the time is right your health is priority number #1. It was amazing working with Kara T and her mom. I am glad that she was able to reconnect with me after several months and know she is in a much better and healthier place after this first 3 months.

The last three and a half years my body has been in high stress, fight or flight mode. I’ve gradually gained 35 pounds and added health issues with joint pain, high inflammation, and gut issues. Last summer, my friend posted about her results with
Andy and Sharp Health and Fitness. I asked her several questions, then said I would think about it. In October, I scheduled a free consultation with Andy. I knew I needed to do the program, nothing else worked and I was over 200lbs. I wanted to save a little
more, so I told him I’d wait. I then talked to my mom about it, and she was interested too. Finally, in March of 2025, 5 months after my consultation, my mom and I committed together to the 90-day nutrition program. It was an investment in my health and my
future with my family. The accountability was key for me, to have someone to answer to every day, ask questions to, and help me stay on track when stress came up. We started on a Wednesday and that Saturday my youngest was admitted to the hospital
for pneumonia with sepsis. I asked Andy how to handle hospital food and he walked me through choices and doing the best I could. What normally would’ve been a stress eating disaster, I was able to handle with more control. I’m so thankful for Andy and Sharp Health and Fitness. Not only did I lose 32lbs and 18
inches overall, I gained tools to use and confidence to continue making the best choices. It was an investment into my health that will go beyond the 90 days.

A new mindset of foods is a powerful tool to have. That was the biggest learning experience for Rosa C. as she worked through the program. Understanding what food options give her the best results and energy. Her journey even inspired her husband to part-take in the journey as well.

I just want to take a moment to give a huge THANK YOU to Andy. When I first started my weight loss journey, I managed to lose 20lbs on my own, but I hit a wall and knew I needed help to push through. That’s when Andy came into the picture—and wow, what a difference.
With Andy’s guidance, I not only lost an additional 50lbs (yes, over 70lbs in total!), but I also learned how to eat in a way that truly supports my body. Andy didn’t just hand me a meal plan—he taught me how to understand ingredients, make smart choices, and build a sustainable lifestyle that actually works for me.
The physical transformation is amazing, but what stands out even more are the non-scale victories: feeling confident in my clothes, having more energy, better sleep, and just feeling good in my own skin.

Eating "Real Food" is like a fountain of youth for the body. At the end of Susan B. 90 day journey the one thing I remember her saying is she feels like at her age her metabolism is better. Doesn't matter how old you are, you can still feel younger if you fuel your body correctly.

My 90 day journey with Andy has been a successful and educational experience! At 62 years old I had bought into all of the things you hear about losing weight after menopause. During my 90 days, not only did I loose 29 pounds but I also learned how to prep meals so that they are ready quickly when I am hungry. This not only kept me from being tempted to snack while I figured out what was for dinner, but also made weeknight meals after working so much easier! I have learned so much about my body and how it responds to what I put into my mouth. Prior to this experience, I had considered going to a physical therapist for aching legs. Within a couple of weeks of starting my plan, the change in my eating habits had gotten rid of inflammation and all of the discomfort I was experiencing. I honestly feel like I am in my forties again!

For anyone who it on the fence about starting this journey, I would say don't be! It is the best investment I have made in myself in a long time.

Everyone has certain goals; mentally and physically and its not always about the number on the scale. Finding the physical and mental confidence in yourself. After finishing 6 months, I know Jenell K. is 100% more confident mentally and physically and I hope she is enjoying that newly shaped body this summer while at the beach ;)

I’ll be honest—I was skeptical when I first started working with Andy. I’d seen a Facebook friend post her results, and while I didn’t think she needed to lose weight, her transformation was undeniable. I’d been struggling with what some call “vanity pounds”—that stubborn 10–15 pounds that wouldn’t budge for years.

I’ve been a runner since 2007 and committed to Beachbody workouts for nearly a decade. My diet had improved significantly: I cut out gluten, dairy, and processed foods. I felt better, but the scale never moved. I tried everything—supplements, naturopaths, wellness programs, endless bloodwork—and spent thousands chasing answers. Finally, in late 2023, I was diagnosed with late-stage perimenopause and started HRT. I thought that would fix everything. It didn’t. My weight actually went up.

Meeting Rachael A and working with other members of her family, her journey would be a lot different from a physical and mental objective to deal with her aliments and her MS. It was amazing to see what obstacles Racheal was able to overcome and push her body beyond some previous limitations.

Starting in 2005, I started experiencing brief neurological impairments off and on through 2016. After a relapse causing more long-lasting impairments, this led to a confirmed diagnosis of multiple sclerosis and taking immune suppressing medication. The Christmas of 2018, my immune system couldn't fight off a severe bout of pneumonia leading to a hospital stay and a five month painful recovery. This experience led me to do my own research on natural ways to slow down the disease. Discovering the MS Best Bet Diet and the WAHLS Protocol was the answer to prayer. Following this low inflammation diet started to heal leaky gut, eliminating and lowering most of the symptoms. Maintaining discipline with nutrition and exercise was key. However, the past two years we're more challenging when it came to keeping to my nutrition plan. I also felt the effects of inflammation and bloating due to unhealthier choices. When my sister, other family members and their friends were seeing results on the Sharp's Health and Fitness nutrition plan, I was all ears when I learned it was a lifestyle commitment with the focus on gut health. With the support of my husband and family, I decided to commit to three months on the plan. My overall "why" was to make decisions that helped ideal health in the long term. I learned even more about nutrition. Through the guidance of Sharp's Health and Fitness, a plan was given that was specific to my body, goals and needs. I appreciate how the science behind nutrition was taught when it came to the body. The continued accountability was also key. Each week and each month, the results were so encouraging and renewed my commitment to my health. Immediately, I started to experience less bloating, less fatigue and brain fog, weight loss and improved sleep. I started to see an outside, physical transformation and internal change. My mental outlook improved especially when it came to emotional food issues. They guided me through the nutrition plan as I reached goals and started to implement nutrition choices for maintenance. I am so glad I chose Sharp's Health and Fitness. The knowledge I gained not only has been a gift to me but I know it will help my family for a lifetime. I am forever grateful for what I learned and know this will continue to impact my quality of life.
